The upper position of the screen area of a $SECTION, $GROUP or $SCENE command. If this parameter is specified, Traffic checks that the required area of the screen/parent section is free; when it is not, the Movement is delayed until it becomes free. If this parameter is missing, Traffic selects a random position the Movement fits.
