<ActionPoint> == TB || TE

Determines points along the roadbed which, when reached, trigger actions.

The determination of points happens in the same way as for a <Place> (stopping point): the position can be input as a percentual value and/or an absolute number.  This offers the ability to tune point placement to screen width and the size of background pictures.

Points specified in such a manner can be assigned names.  In the present version of the program this feature has not been utilized, but it is anticipated that it will be in future versions.

The position of the point follows the input of a corresponding action <ActionCmd> or a list of actions <ActionList> in which the individual <ActionCmd>  are separated by a comma.

An <ActionCmd> begins with the input of a direction <Direction> which determines which direction the vehicle must arrive from in order to trigger the action:

< means from right to left,

> means from left to right,

nothing means that the action will occur regardless of direction.

The next part <ActionPoint> defines the part of the vehicle which triggers the action:

TB means the front of the train,

TE means the end of the train.

They are separated from the animation commands which follow them by use if a colon ( :). The <AnimCmd> animation commands have the exact same syntax here as they do in the <WaitTime> parameter.
