$OPTCMD K= <Name> ; V= <Boolean> ; N= <Text> ; <Language> = <Text> ; C= <OptCmdLst>; \ $OPTION_COMMAND
For obeying actions on the option menu items only. In contrary to the $OPT command, which defines option values for the conditional statements, and can obey actions too, if one specifies the parameter, the command creates action-only menu items, and defines no values for the conditional statements.
