$DESCVALUE K =<Name>; S =<Text>; <Language>=<Text>; ... <Language>=<Text>;

Some Description items have a limited number of possible responses and these can most easily be presented to the user as a defined list of choices in a drop down menu.

The values are contained in the $DESCVALUE parameter and should have three component parts:

K Value, of the code.
S Default Text, which appears in the drop down menu.
L Text, in the various localized language versions.
