Attributes

It is divided into five subsections with the following contents:

• Edit/Select/Deselect Type
• Edit/Select/Deselect Way
• Edit/Select/Deselect Authors
• Edit/Select/Deselect 'Used'
• Edit/Select/Deselect various

Set Type - sets the Type for selected pictures using the following submenu:

Select Type - selects all pictures that have the identical Type.

Deselect Type - removes the pictures of a specific Type that are in an existing selection.

Deselect When Type Not... - removes the pictures that are not of a specific Type that are in an existing selection.

Set Way - The contents of the following menu items are much the same as with Type, however in this case the Way parameter is the selection criteria. The submenu window is:

Deselect Way - see above

Deselect When Way Not... - see above

Set Author - The contents of the following menu items are much the same as with Type, however in this case the Author parameter is the selection criteria. The submenu window appears in its own call-out menu and its appearance is set by parameters in the Settings Menu Item.  It looks like:

Standard Author for Added Pictures - sets which author is attributed to each newly added picture.

Select Author - see above.

Deselect Author - see above.

Deselect When Author Not... - see above.

Clear 'Used' - clears the 'used' setting on the selected picture

Mark Selected as 'Used' - sets the 'used' parameter for the selected pictures on.

Mark Selected as 'Unused' - sets the 'used' parameter for the selected pictures off.

Swap 'Used' for Selected - switches the 'used' parameter for the selected pictures to 'unused' or vice versa.

Select - selects pictures based on the following characteristics:

Deselect - deselects pictures based on the following characteristics:

Invert Selection - inverts a current selection, selecting everything else but what is currently selected.

Picture Names of Selected - displays a list of the Stock List picture names of the selected files in a text box.

Source Files of Selected - displays a list of the source file names of the selected files in a text box.
