$MS, $MINSPACE

The minimum height in pixels between the individual lines/trains (between the bottom edge of the track and the top edge of the catenary or any foreground or background pictures which may be used.) To be more specific, it is the minimum distance between two lines determined by a computation of the ABOVE, MINSPACE, and BELOW parameters and the maximum height of the vehicles as specified in the VEHICLE_HEIGHT parameter.

This parameter belongs to the group of   <DimensionParameters>. As a parameter it is valid only for the $SECTION command - the $GROUP, $LINE and $SCENE commands do not have this parameter.
